Poor customer service especially with Susan she is very arrogant and not sympathetic to anyone situation it's all about money like she quoted to my husband once our issues are not hers just pay her for her truck as if we didn't already know that not to mention the vehicle we paying on was in worse condition than they let on when we bought it. I don't recommend anyone here even with poor credit because how you are treated as a person goes a longer way than your money.
