Just the typical rude, ignorant Ahoskie attitude from the employees here. I've been renting from this company for over five years and this location has COMPLETELY turned me to renting from them ever again. They're a privately owned location so they don't feel customer service is something to be bothered with. They don't even have the option to do a survey, so what does that tell you? It's a small town and they know people are going to use them regardless. They'll never get another dollar out of me.
They know when the vehicle is returned after more than 30 consecutive days of use, there's bound to be something which qualifies as an additional charge. Plus, if it's nearing closing time, the customer will simply comply and walk away! The blacked out wordage is where they inform you of their "fees" and believe me, they have a fee for everything!!! But this, ridiculous, because the car was not spot free when I received it. Also, I only found ONE PERSON working there who was polite and genuinely friendly. I'll never use them again, they are underhanded and cheat consumers.
Whenever they send me to this location I dread it and each time the feeling is merited. While I was sitting outside in the heat trying to figure out what to do because I do not have a credit card, an associate walked out from the back of the building and got in his car and sat there until we left. This is not good customer service. They may think I am just one person, oh well so we didn't rent that car out for two days. We'll make it up tomorrow but I am on a mission to get the word out about that location. Three times is two too many!
Waited a long time even after calling ahead of time. Completely rude employees. Car was dirty and smelled weird. I asked for them to vacuum the floor and they told me they did not have time. Claim they would give me a discount but never did. Never again
I have tried to contact enterprise and the consumer service about the suv I tired to rent and when I went to the location to ask for my vehicle they said they didn’t have it I put in for it a month ago and the manger there was totally disrespectful and I thought that if I didn’t like the suv they are suppose to give you some to compare but my experience was horrible and customer service is giving me the run around.
Coming to this location is always a frustrating experience for me. I had had to deal with them three times and each time it's been horrible. They leave early leaving customers without their RESERVED cars, their customer service is just... well they are just rude. I knocked on the door because I saw the associate sitting there at her desk BEFORE closing and she just ignored me but I had a reservation. When I called the 1-866 number the rep told me to either "Go to another location with a credit card or go somewhere else". "I ask is that the best solution you have for me" and he said "Yeah".
My auto insurance company secured the rental after my vehicle was damaged. When returned, the not so nice agent did a walk around inspection. She stated there's a $75 fee if any pet hair is found inside their vehicle and showed me this is stated on the signed agreement; however, I was permitted to clean the car myself which is what I did. When I returned home, I examined my copy of the contract and that part was blacked out! What I signed (and they kept) was the whole contract and my copy did not have the same info! Misleading and corrupt in my opinion.
