As soon as I got to the drive-thru window, all I could smell was a nasty bathroom... the only good thing about them was their ice cream machine was finally not broken. For now.
Most of the people there act like assholes and there shake machine is most of the time broke. They have crappy service and are super slow and my order is wrong most of the time.
Nice restaurant but staff could be a little more attentive to customers and less attentive to friends hanging around the customer service area!!!
This place has come a long way over the past couple of months. Very impressed with the friendly and courteous service provided by staff.
As someone else has stated already, since Ms. KP, a long time Manger, left this place is not on point at all. I have always heard that she very tough. I see why now. The drive thru is ridiculous. It's slow as hell. I have sat in the line for 20-30 minutes and there's nothing fast about that! They always get orders wrong. After a certain time at night, McDonald's is the only place open in this town so we really have no choice but to patronize them. Their service flow needs to be revamped.
